
This virtual 12-week group offers structured instruction and guided practice in the core skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Together in group therapy, we’ll explore practical tools to help you reduce stress, navigate relationships, and build a more grounded, fulfilling life. From this group you will be able to improve conflict resolution in your relationships better, increase self compassion, and build community with individuals going through similar circumstances.
You’ll have the chance to learn, reflect, and practice these techniques in real-life situations while connecting with others in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on growth, balance, and authentic connection.
